Explosives unloaded at pontoon

Duguid wrote "Men from the aircraft carrier "Courageous" landing boxes of explosives at the naval pontoon Invergordon". Although Duguid gave a description on the back of his photographs, he very seldom dated them, so the date is a guess. Any ideas?
