Official opening of the Queen's dock

This photograph is actually of the Regimental (Military) Band of the Queens Own Highlanders. The Bandmaster is Warrant Officer Class 1 Guy Jarvis who was still wih regiment in the mid eighties, I left in '84 and he was there then!
