Lifeboat crew

Volunteer crew setting out in relief lifeboat. When the local lifeboat is in for a refit a Trent class lifeboat acts as relief.
The Invergordon RNLI stress that all their crew work on a purely voluntary basis, their employers very kindly cooperating by allowing them time off work.
Picture added on 17 July 2005.
